Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a law firm to hire First-Level Document Review Paralegals for an upcoming project.

The firm is seeking detail-oriented paralegals to support a large-scale document review initiative. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy reviewing and analyzing large volumes of documents, maintaining accuracy, and working in a deadline-driven environment. Candidates who thrive in a fast-paced setting and have strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

The project is expected to begin Week of July 5th and offers full-time hours supporting an active litigation matter. Compensation is $27 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct first-level review of documents for responsiveness, relevance, and issue identification
  • Utilize document review platforms to code and categorize documents according to project protocols
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency while reviewing large volumes of electronic documents
  • Escalate potentially privileged, confidential, or key documents to supervising attorneys as appropriate

Requirements

  • Prior document review experience required
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • Experience with eDiscovery and document review platforms, including Relativity or Lexbe
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
